Shipowners, charterers, cargo interests, traders, P&I clubs and underwriters — from single-vessel owners to international operators — instruct FleetGo at Chattogram, Mongla, Payra, Matarbari and Kutubdia. Different interests, one standard: independent eyes and a defensible file.
disciplines our clients instruct under one roof — survey to claims
At a Bangladesh port call, the owner, the charterer, the cargo receiver and the insurer are often on opposite sides of the same figures. FleetGo acts for each of them — never on both sides of the same instruction — which is precisely why our reports carry weight: the market knows a FleetGo file says what the surveyor found, not what the client hoped.
Some clients instruct us once a year for a single bunker survey; others keep the desk on permanent call across chartering, technical and claims. The service is the same: a named handler, a fixed written quote, and a report your principals, club or bank can act on without a second opinion.
Protective surveys, husbandry, docking supervision and claims defence while the vessel works Bangladesh ports — reporting to owner and manager standards.
On/off-hire surveys, bunker protection, laytime intelligence and operational support from fixture to redelivery.
Draft surveys, outturn protection and shortage claims for grain, fertiliser, clinker, steel and project cargo at load and discharge.
Correspondent-grade casualty attendance, damage investigation, security arrangements and member support at every Bangladesh port.
Condition surveys, casualty investigation and honest cause-of-loss opinion — evidence that stands up when the claim is contested.
Pre-purchase inspections, valuations, delivery attendance and demolition sale support into the Chattogram market.
Contemporaneous evidence packs, expert witness statements and local procedure for London, Singapore and Dhaka proceedings.
Condition and valuation opinions on mortgaged tonnage, pre-delivery inspections and distressed-asset attendance.
Overflow survey capacity, technical opinion and documentation support for Bangladesh’s importers and their agents.

“Placeholder for a client testimonial — two to three sentences on responsiveness, report quality and the outcome of an instruction at a Bangladesh port.”
“Placeholder for a second testimonial — ideally from a club, charterer or trader, covering a claims or chartering instruction.”
Yes — references from owners, charterers and clubs are available on request for serious enquiries. Client names and logos are published on this page only with written permission, which is why several slots above remain unnamed.
Both. Most clients start with a single instruction at a fixed quoted fee. Repeat callers — operators, clubs, trade houses — usually move to agreed terms: standing rates, priority dispatch and monthly invoicing. No retainer is ever required to get the 24/7 desk.
We never act for both sides of the same instruction. Every new file is conflict-checked against open files before acceptance, and if a conflict exists we decline and say so immediately — the same-day answer is part of the service.
Yes. Instructions, counterparties, figures and findings stay inside the file and are disclosed only to those you nominate. NDAs are signed where required — common for S&P, finance and casualty work.
Invoices are issued in USD (or EUR/GBP on request) with international bank transfer details, itemised against the written quote. Local clients can settle in BDT.
Email the desk with your company details, the trade or vessels involved, and the services you expect to need. You’ll have a named handler, agreed terms and a live point of contact within one working day.
